HOPPINGTOPPING, NOW WITH DOT COM

...I guess the title explains it all. But since this is a blogpost, I might as well explain it all here.

For a few months already, I've had quite the fair amount of issues concerning the parappa.party domain - all rooting from being unable to log into my domain registrar's account due to the e-mail provider going down and it having 2FA, which led to me trying to ask Customer Service only to end up going in circles, to being unable to transfer or renew the domain to ultimately being basically priced out of the parappa.party domain proper as it is now one of those fancy "premium" domains they sell you at an absurd price.

At the same time, I've been quite hard at work with the development of this website, and since I am a sucker for domains in general, I also started thinking of getting a domain for multiple reasons, between using it to host the services formerly hosted on parappa.party, to setting up a DokuWiki, to getting away from Wordpress for my scanlation group's site to transferring my site to my own server as opposed to solely depending on Neocities.
After 5 minutes of research, I decided on getting either hoppingtopping.com or hoppingtopping.lol, and given that .com domains have relatively decent renewal costs, I chose the former.

So yeah, hoppingtopping.neocities.org is now alsohoppingtopping.com, I'll still keep the Neocities as a mirror in case things go wrong at my VPS, but I'd recommend you to update your bookmarks to hoppingtopping.com regardless.
